Why do some clothes ship in 2-3 weeks?

Jean Jones, logo

Every garment and accessory in the collection is cut and sewn one at a time. At pop-ups, trunk shows and when visiting the studio, you will be able to find a fair amount of inventory so that you can see, try on and purchase the actual pieces. When you place an order online or in person and your size is in stock, that piece is shipped to you right away.
However, since I offer a lot of styles, and a wide ranges of sizes, I can't stock one of every style in every size. If you order a piece that is not in stock, your order goes on our first come, first serve production list.
Our cut and sew process takes 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order to the time that your finished pieces are packaged to ship. You will receive a confirmation order email from us after your order is placed, and a shipping notification when your order is on the way.
Thank you for participating in this made on demand business model with me. Your patience in waiting for your order to ship is of the greatest value. Thank you for taking this necessary step with me as I move toward less studio overstock waste and a higher standard of individual production and environmental sustainability.

Feel free to contact us at hello@jeanjones.com with any questions about delivery times.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been received and another email notification when your order has been shipped.

As an independent designer, my practice of working in this smaller scale is my way to guarantee the accuracy and attention to detail in your garments that I love to give to you and that you deserve to receive. It is also an investment in the health and sustainability of my small business. Thank you for your understanding and support. Together we can make a difference!
